Returns & Cancellations

At North End Interiors, each piece is handmade to order specifically for you. Because of the bespoke nature of our products, our returns policy differs from that of standard retail items.

Made-to-Order Items

All furniture, cushions, headboards, ottomans and other custom pieces are made to order.

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, customised and personalised goods are exempt from the standard 14-day cancellation period.

Once production has begun, orders cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded.

We strongly encourage customers to request fabric samples where available and to carefully review all measurements prior to placing an order.


Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, provided production has not yet begun.

After this time, materials will have been allocated and your item scheduled for manufacture.

Damages, Faults or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, you must notify us within 48 hours of receipt and provide photographs so we can assess the issue promptly.

Where a genuine fault is confirmed, we will arrange an appropriate remedy. This may include repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with your statutory rights.


Colour & Fabric Disclaimer

Every effort is made to display fabrics and colours accurately; however, variations can occur due to screen settings and lighting.

For this reason, we recommend requesting samples wherever possible before placing an order, as dissatisfaction with colour alone does not constitute a fault.


Items Not Eligible for Return

We do not accept returns for:

  • Made-to-order or customised items

  • Items made using customer-supplied fabric

  • Sale or clearance pieces

This does not affect your statutory rights in the case of faulty goods.

Ready-Made Items
Items that are not made to order may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unused and in their original condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.


Refunds (Where Applicable)

If a refund is agreed due to a confirmed fault, it will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days of approval.

Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
